SHV GROUP since the start
2007
Sibbhultsverken AB
Sibbhultsverken AB, founded through the acquisition of operations from Scania, the company takes over the operations in Sibbhult and becomes an independent player in metal processing and component manufacturing.
2013
SHV is founded
SHV Group is established as an umbrella organization for the group’s growing businesses, with a focus on long-term strategy and sustainable development. In connection with this, Kongaverken (formerly Konga MÃ¥leri AB) is acquired, adding expertise in surface treatment, welding, and assembly.
2014
Further acquisitions
Fundo Components and Intermekano Tools are acquired, expanding the group’s capabilities and diversifying the product portfolio within aluminum casting and tool manufacturing.
Tooltec is acquired as part of the group’s strategy to strengthen its presence in advanced machining technology.
2015
Arvika Gjuteri
Arvika Gjuteri is acquired together with LEAX, strengthening SHV Group’s capabilities in iron casting and customized components for industrial customers.
2016
Strategic restructuring
Tooltec is sold as part of a strategic restructuring to focus on core business operations.
SHV Fastigheter is established with the purpose of acquiring and developing industrial properties.
2019
Tidamek is acquired
Tidamek (formerly Leax Tidaholm AB) is acquired as a jointly owned company together with LEAX, adding expertise in mechanical machining and customized solutions, further strengthening SHV Group’s market position.
